@vfsglobalcare Now we don't know when & how are we going to get new visa dates. Is the embassy going to ask us or are they going to allot some random dates?

It has been a total chaos since the day we submitted our applications. Who is responsible for this & who is going to pay for our losses?

@vfsglobalcare How much time you guys need exactly? We were supposed to travel on 21st May but the application reached the embassy only on 16th May after more than 15 days of submitting our application. We had to cancel all our plans and faced many issues including heavy financial losses.

@vfsglobalcare is highly unprofessional and I wish they are removed as a middle man between the applicant and the embassy. They charge hefty amounts but do not give proper answers, do not act on escalations and just fool their customers.

Pathetic service.

FYI, we've called 4-5 times & everytime we get similar responses that we've escalated the issue & we'll get a resolve soon but then nothing happens.

This has been highly unprofessional & very troubling for us. Need help on an urgent basis.
