@TigerStormrage c/users/(login name folder)/documents/ call of duty modern warfare/players/adv_option.ini change the render workercount number. Most need less then whatever the default is. But with your new 10900k, maybe higher? Try both ends of the scale changing by 1 at a time

Have you tried messing with the render number in the adv_options in settings.

I bunch of friends and I all had this issue with mw2019, it was never fixed , the. Vanguard came and I stumbled across this fix
