NJC 2026/27 pay update:
Claim was submitted 1 Dec 2025. We’re seeking £3,000 or 10% on all pay points, £15/hr min, shorter working week and more annual leave.
National employers are consulting local authorities and we expect a pay offer to follow soon.

Continuing to vote down this Bill is undemocratic. This Bill has been debated and scrutinised for months. Tory Peers are actively defying the will of the British public and their own supporters, who overwhelmingly support measures in this Bill.

The fight goes on. These unelected Lords who are holding up this Bill must urgently move out the way.

We will not rest until these rights are enacted and workers start to benefit.
