Great post on the impact of deep listening by @LaurenMKaufman. Thank you for sharing your insight. This receptive part of communication is key to #leadership and #relationships!
We are all here on Earth for a purpose. As we grow, and have multiple lived experiences, our purpose, our stories, and our WHY changes. Listen to your heart❤️
Go ahead and try on different hats and see what fits.

@teacher2teacher Thank you for sharing! This gives us great insight in the first week of getting to know students & families. We use this info as talking points during our Sept meetings with families & discuss goal setting for the year. Great way to build relationships. #priceless
Teaching has definitely changed since I started 26 yrs ago. With limited resources, we’re learning to adapt to the growing & diverse needs of children.
Still, there’s so much joy in teaching & the connections.❤️
I recently had the opportunity to share:

It’s a mistake to outsource most writing to AI.
Even if the output is accurate and engaging, something valuable is lost in the process. Jotting down intuitions and spelling out hunches is how we develop and refine our ideas.
Writing is where we do our best thinking.
How do you maximize interactions to cultivate connections and make others better?
We have an opportunity to make an impact & imprint on people’s hearts with every intentional #atomicinteraction.
Have a great mind AND a great heart. ♥️

Small minds look down on others. They feed their egos to feel better about themselves.
Broad minds look up to others. They learn from role models to make themselves better.
Great minds look to lift others up. They use their knowledge and skills to make others better.
@AdamMGrant Dear Adam, thank you for regularly sharing your ideas that make me think more critically, see the world differently, and make me a better person.
You have a great mind! I am grateful to learn from you. Please keep sharing & shining and making an impact with your influence.
Sharing your work is not selfish. It's an act of self-expression and social contribution.
Promoting your ideas is different from promoting yourself. Self-promotion shouts, “Look at me!” Idea-promotion says, “I have something to offer."
Don’t deprive the world of your ingenuity.
Yes! And relationships are built not just daily but through every interaction. Each one builds on the other throughout the duration of the relationship.
Thank you, Brad, for your reminders and daily inspiration. Keep sharing & shining! 🥰🙌
