@ChickLitAThon Starting strong with The Red Queen by Philippa Gregory for my royal romance! I realize this is more historical fiction than chicklit but I’ve been wanting to read this book forever!
love my body no matter what and feeding it nutritious food and exercising (not counting calories, and doing things I’m actually enjoying) is a big part of that however I somehow can’t shake that guilt. Has this ever happened to you or anyone you know?
@bodyposipanda_ For the longest time I have felt a rivalry between loving my body and being body positive and being healthy or “fit”. I have a hard time eating healthy food or exercising without feeling like I’m “cheating” on my goal to love my body. I want to be healthy, I want
reps, time, and doing only what I want) or if I feel like my body is saying “dear lord please give me some nutrients and fiber!” I’m moving backwards somehow. I feel like I’m betraying that teenaged girl and all the hard work she did.
I realize this is wrong. I should be able to
@whittynovels "I'll read whatever she touches" Also, you just seem like such a fun, smart person and (no to sound weird) but if we went to the same school I would think "I would love to be her friend"
