@LivingByGivingT Thanks for reposting. You are a wonderful supporter of ours we couldn't do it without support.
Now the toilets are nearly done we are going to focus on rebuilding our funds and supporting physio sessions for the kids .
Ps Desmond and family are doing well in their home.
After 18 months of additional fundraising, battling rising building costs our toilets are nearly finished. Our wonderful school will now have boys, and girls toilets and a changing table. Massive thanks to everyone who supported this work.
It's been an expensive job but worth it
This donation was actually a birthday gift from my wife @ClaudieP in my name (as I’m so difficult to buy for apparently;) she knew I have been following & supporting @claudiacaitlyn1 for the last few years. Amazing to see what can be done with through love and thoughtfulness 🥰
We are off into town to pay for the meter and electric connection for Desmonds house. And to buy the paint for it. Much love and thanks to @sjdaly80 for supporting the building of his new home.
Our aim is to build skills to allow our children to earn a living post school.
Members of the community have been helping them learn to sew. Some of our girls have real talent to support them we have bought them a sewing machine for home. Thanks for everyone's support
What a fab day! The local painter has started painting Desmonds house. We are delighted that he has offered to give Kofi an apprenticeship.
Everything we do is to allow every child to reach their potential and live their best life. Thanks to @sjdaly80
& @LizMalafronte
Desmonds house is painted and the electric is being connected. Thanks so much to @sjdaly80 for funding the building from the ground up and for @LizMalafronte for helping us with some last minute hurdles.
Move in day tomorrow
Wow how much of a natural house painter is our Kofi.
Over the last year he has been learning to paint in school ready for this apprenticeship & the world of work. It's so important to equip every child to reach their potential and live their best life. #downssyndrome#Employment
Happy day, we gave the keys to the new home to Desmonds family.
Now & forever they will have a place of their own.
A million thanks to everyone who supports us but massive massive thanks to @sjdaly80
Stephen all this has been possible because of you god bless you and yours. #home
It's almost 3 years since the school opened. We now have a volunteer house, our skills apprenticeship work goes from strength to strength, and we have a sponsorship programme.
Proud of everything we have achieved and grateful for everyone who has and continues to support us.
@mjwbetts2021 hello living by giving hope you have a wonderful 2025. it would be great if you could check out and share if possible our new website and venture for 2025.
We are hoping this will make us less reliant on fundraising .

The sensory room is a hit. The children love the balance items, the water & sensory play. But Perez is less happy with everyone in his space & using his lights. #School#education4all#SEND#downssyndrome#edutwitter https://t.co/UHrcC0uGoO
We went back last night to visit Desmond and his family. The boys room & the 3 end rooms of the house will need to come down and be rebuilt. We have left some food and cash for a mattress for the boys. Desmond was as always very pleased to see us.
Thanks to everyone's support we have been able to go back to 11 of our most needy families . Sarah her mum and her grandmother receive support from the church. But we were pleased to be able to take them some extra funds. Xx
