@carnivorerev @VeganRecovering @CuprumDea now i think it was a trigger in my body shutting down this last 2 months just lifting some 70+ pounds boxes all pressure on back. i ride my ebike to work, was doing 100lb bench press and dumbbell curl. i was managing that routine fine so idk. im hoping for good progress in a week

I was squatting, deadlifting and benchpressing plus alot of other stuff every other day. just pushing my body through things was exhilirating, i literally never worked out in my life and i was eating right.
