Agents, directors and managers will make decisions based on their own interests.

Careers will evolve across decades.

Young players will become stars.

Stars will retire.

Some will return as coaches, scouts or directors.

Clubs will rise.
Others will fall.
And the world will keep moving even when you're not looking.
