@JeffMarek For a cookie? Isn't that a childhood dream for a lot of these guys? I wouldn't fault any of them for wanting to hoist the Cup even if it meant a shorter career.
When we say sports can bring people together, this is the type of shit we mean.
We're all human at the end of the day. And it's so touching to see so many people come together for something like this!
Hey Bears Twitter Community!
I am calling upon you to help me support one of our own! @freddietarian recently got through owning cancer like Caleb owning the concept of win probability.
But she needs some help, the American healthcare system sucks worse than the Packers.

@PhilipCharlesIV I'm annoyed about them leaving the state. Selfishly, it's so much easier for me to travel to Arlington Heights than Hammond.
But all this is is the Bears going where they're actually wanted. I don't blame them for that.
@iamcogs The production with him doesn't match the contract value either imo.
I also disagree a bit with the injury thing. I think it's a concern when it becomes a pattern. If you're going to invest in a player like that, you want to get your ROI. That's harder if he keeps missing time.
@ChiStateOfMind_ I keep hearing about how everyone on the floor has a green light to shoot but that only works when you have good shooters. We need to lean into our strength. This team was built with defense in mind. Make that our calling card.
@iamcogs@RossUglem A lot of us do but there's a good fraction of fans I've seen that continue to write off that completion percentage like it doesn't matter. And they're kinda right as long as the offense is efficient but all offseason, I was confident Johnson would want to see that number higher.
@TheWrightTackle@adamjahns I think Lewis will be in there too. Hicks is making a bit more money than Lewis to my understanding so that's our only idea who they value more now. Sounds like all 3 would be an option tho. The difference isn't significant enough for me today there's no chance Lewis won't play.
This is what I've been trying to say all offseason. Ben wants that completion percentage to come up. It doesn't mean the offense sucked last year bc it didn't but it's an area for improving what was already an efficient offense. Why wouldn't you want that as a coach?
Bears coach Ben Johnson wants to see Caleb Williams' completion percentage improve. It is a point of emphasis for him. It will be tracked and he will be graded in practice.
