BUT instead of listening to the witnesses and asking questions, a Liberal MP immediately moved a motion to resume debate abortion.

The effect was to silence the witnesses and end the discussion on the rise of violence against women under this “feminist” government.

The NDP and Bloc played ball. The witnesses walked out in tears.
