On my way home, I visited my favourite Grizedale Sculpture, Bean an t-Visce or Lady of the Water. Today, she has amazing icicle dreadlocks, and he is wearing a unique cloak of ice! 😍

Hi everyone, it's Callum, Julie’s son. My beautiful, determined, brave, fiercely independent, and private mum cycled off on her final journey early on 15th July. She fought like a warrior until the last second of her life. She was active online and I wanted to let you all know❤️
Hi cycling twitter. I'm Michael, Helen's husband. As some of you may know Helen's last scan showed that the cancer has grown and is impacting kidney function. This means we have reached the end of the road for treatment and are focusing on keeping Helen comfortable.
Apologies for the blunt nature of this message Ive been dreading sending it and feel like I just need to put out the bare facts for now. Massive love to each and every one of you that have followed Helen's journey, I know she has taken great strength from your support.
@Calderdale Thank you, Martyn.
I’ve also emailed Calderdale Council to request the report.
My parents lived on Cherry Tree Drive for almost 60 years. I'm glad to hear that replacement trees are to be planted.
@Calderdale Why? And where is the link to a professional diseased tree report? And why aren't you planting replacement trees?
This tree is iconic. The last one at 60+ yrs old. Disgusting behaviour.
Isle of Harris, earlier today, looking across the Minch from the mainland, with yet more snow, looking sublime and almost surreal. On days like these, I pinch myself!💙
