India’s insurance landscape is evolving, driven by digital adoption, rising customer expectations, and a progressive regulatory push.

At @AngelOne, we have always believed in using technology to transform financial services. Today, I am excited to share our next big step:

We are entering a joint venture with LivWell Holding Company Pte Ltd, backed by Olympus Capital Asia, to build a digital-first, protection-led life insurance platform for India.

While we don’t come with traditional manufacturing experience in insurance, we bring something just as powerful:

• A deep understanding of digital consumer behaviour
• Strong data science capabilities
• Expertise in building seamless, tech-led journeys

Together with @LivwellAsia, we will embed protection across our ecosystem - wealth to credit to retirement - and co-create solutions that are personalised, proactive, and simple to use.

This is more than a business expansion. It’s about reshaping how India experiences protection.
