@SpiritAirlines customer service is the worst. I swore I’d never book with them, fool me once…@AIGTravel travel insurance through @SpiritAirlines is a scam! The hoops they make you jump through to receive a supposedly 100% refund is absolutely ridiculous! NEVER AGAIN!
