@rewindfestival Please explain why 8 months have passed & you STILL have not dealt with my complaint. I've attended your festivals for many years & had a bad experience last year which you know about. Very disappointing that you do not have the decency to respond to my complaint.

How about the complaints? You only seem to ignore them. Months have passed and you cant even acknowledge the very poor experience that I endured at one of your festivals
