@NianticHelp Bought ticket to the fuzzy buddy research but unable to claim. Your in-app colleague is useless. Only few hours until the event will be completely done. Can predict the next reply ‘sorry it’s past the deadline so nothing we can do’ although my 1st msg was hours before deadline.

@NianticHelp Isn’t this false advertising? Something that should be brought up with consumer protection? I bought ticket, finished all tasks, but denied the rewards. My complaint was only responded with ‘woops too bad nothing we can do, it’s your fault’.

@NianticHelp @AldoSlashuur This is the second time it has happened in the same place. You need to check on the reporter(s) instead and see what’s up their sleeve if they don’t want a legit route in their area.
