@ziibiing If you have access to a dropper or a medicine syringe, you can rinse your sinuses out with warm, slightly salty water. It’s the only thing that helps me—plus Advil—when that sinus pain kicks in. The stomach issues *could* be because of post-nasal drip, which makes you nauseated.

@ziibiing When my kiddos were newborns, I put a boatload of tamales in the freezer, and tamales and scrambled eggs were my go-to dinner for ages.
