@sainsburys I bought some items in store today that said they were £1.80 but I have been charged £6 for each. What can I do? (I’m not close to the store to go back)
@HelpAtGeorge What a shame that the website didn’t show it as discounted, if it had I’d have bought there and then . It was just showing as £56. Is there anyway to offer a discount as a gesture of goodwill?
@Georgeatasda I was looking at this item online last night and it was marked as £56, with no obvious discount. Today it’s up to £70-is there anything you can do to honour yesterday’s price?
@greateranglia i have never ever heard of a train leaving early but you sent the 22.23 from Ipswich to London Liv St about 5mins early which has resulted in me getting home late. WHY? And how do I complain?
@greateranglia Not a collection reference as it was a ticket on my phone. I have a transaction ref, but it won’t let me use the collection ref option as the ref is longer than 8 digits…
@greateranglia which of the options in the photo do I select for delay repay if I travelled on a ticket bought on a e-ticket bought via the trainline? (Ie. I don’t have a collection ref, nor access to a barcode now-just a receipt)
