Dear #MedTwitter Im having a bout of paroxysmal afib. Lack of sleep for 3 days combined with hella caffeine, which I absolutely know I shouldn't do bc well, here we are. I feel like a dick if I seek assistance bc Covid. Pretty sure I'm not gonna die w/out intervention...right?
