Sadly, this is a legal practice, but it’s an abuse of the system. Like we always said, there are tons of experienced U.S. citizens available, but companies want to pay slave wages instead. The visa program is legal exploitation by BigTech and other companies, its only real purpose is to depress wages and displace millions of Americans. America, you are not mad enough yet, because this is still allowed!
6 AM Call to Action
If you have a colleague here on a visa who clearly cannot do their job, report them anonymously - and tell your other colleagues this option exists. Remember the ability to communicate effectively is also a requirement for a visa.
This is how we make it uncomfortable for employers who abuse the system. This is also how we empower the good employers who feel powerless as their teams get flooded with H-1B workers who cannot perform at the expected level.
Every report is required to generate an investigation, eventually. HR may never tell you, but these reports impact financials, policy, and hiring practices over time. It also leads to investigations into whether their academic credentials are valid.

I prefer online as that leaves an FOIA path that is easily traced.
Quietly share this path with others. When enough people document real performance and communication failures, companies will finally feel pressure to hire Americans who can actually do the work.
Whenever I vowed to arrest bad guys, the pushback was always "you can't do that! There's no room in the jails!"
Communists close the jails, then they can use the "not enough jails" excuse to never enforce the law, as your city erodes.
See their little commie magic trick?
This is how you sneakily eliminate the laws that hold society together...you don't need legislature, you don't need to erase the laws, you just render them moot by making it practically impossible to ever enforce.
I agree -- and 20 years ago I wouldn't have considered the outcome terribly controversial or consequential.
Then Barack Obama and Joe Biden decided that the path to extending control of the Democrat party of the federal government was to simply throw open the border to economic migrants from around the world with zero concern as to how that might alter the social and cultural fabric of the country, and malign foreign governments/religions see mass migration as a means to destabilize the U.S. by using its hospitality for visitors against it.
The consequences of this principle changed in 2008.
Relying on the courts to save our country is a fool's errand. Now is the time to do everything we can to stop illegal and legal immigration. Anybody not on board with reversing half a century of mass migration is telling you they don't believe America belongs to its people.
Ro Khanna shows how the ultra high net worth plan their estates to avoid taxes on their massive wealth. He will be a billionaire within 10 years. No taxers for him though. All of his wealth is sheltered in family trusts and his kids.
Right now China and India are plotting to send millions of their citizens to this country on temporary visas so they can gain citizenship and have these new citizens vote in their interests and run for office to advocate for their interests. They will be voting by the millions from Mumbai and Beijing. They will be used as a chain migration vector to bring in dozens of family members who will bring in dozens more. It will be a hostile takeover of this country.
Any Republican administration that doesn't immediately recognize this threat and ban all visas from these countries is not fit to rule this country.
Justice Alito is a patriot.
HERE he calls out the majority's terrible Birthright Citizenship for coming "simply out fear of the consequences of 'rocking the boat.'"
"United States citizenship is precious." He calls out the majority for degrading it.
With the Supreme Court okaying birth tourism where foreigners come here solely to win their kids citizenship that comes with future welfare benefits, the President must now deny entry to all "likely to become a public charge" since that IS expressly within the President’s rights.
Here's @StephenM on the SCOTUS decision to mandate citizenship via birth for children of tourists, illegals & #H1B visa workers.
It's a huge giveaway by self-serving elites at huge cost to US citizens' self-govt'.
Big win for employers & foreign govt's.

We can beat around the bush about the different strategies to get around birthright citizenship but the reality is, there is only one viable fix.
Trump through executive order bans all immigration from third world countries today, under the powers given to him by Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. That gives you a 2 year immigration moratorium to figure out a better solution.
1) Sotomayor retires in that 2 year period. You replace her with a justice to the right of Clarence Thomas and then do what you can to try to force SCOTUS to change their decision from today.
2) You codify into law a permanent ban on immigration from third world countries. This would be the Hart-Celler repeal route. More difficult because of the traitors in congress.
3) You make birth tourism so dangerous and difficult that people stop taking the risk. ICE in hospitals. Pregnancy tests for visitors. Mandatory detention outside of US Borders etc etc. There is a lot you can do to slow the wheel.
4) Get rid of temporary visas like the H-1B visa. These are one of the largest causes of anchor babies. Indians come here on H-1Bs plop out a few kids, then the kids become citizens and sponsor the parents. It's a complete scam and needs to be removed by congress.
Anything else is just wish casting.
Palisades has been abandoned. Job sites are having their tools and materials stolen, random vehicles prowl the streets. The only time Karen Bass had a police presence here was to harass fire victims with seatbelt tickets when they came in to mourn their losses.
