Real talk.
Regardless of whether you like Daniel or not, this is not the way you treat a driver who has been in this sport for over a decade and has given so much to it.
He deserved to have a celebration of his career that wasn't the media, making him cry. He deserved to be with his fans, he deserved donuts, and he deserved a proper send-off with the drivers. He deserved more than a shitty post on social media and a weekend of utter anxiety.
He didn't get anything he deserved.
f1 wants to attract younger audiences (which is btw working) but keeps increasing ticket prices.. how is someone under 20 supposed to afford tickets that cost hundreds of euros on their own though 😅
