@santanderukhelp We did check with Barclays and they said they can’t do it because it’s an issue your end. I checked all of this, tweeting you is the last resort! If you do take payments why won’t your team take payment over the phone, the woman we spoke to this morning refused to take payment!

@santanderukhelp It is yes, and we’ve spoken to your colleagues on the phone who said they won’t accept payment unless it’s from a Santander bank account.

@santanderukhelp We’ve tried that but Barclays comes up with a message saying you won’t accept the payment. Unless we want to pay another £25! When we spoke to one of your team they said we can only make a payment from a Santander account. We’re not setting up a whole new account just to pay it

@santanderukhelp An everyday credit card. We can’t do it online, over the phone or in the bank. With a funeral tomorrow and sheilding this is causing a lots of upset at a difficult time. We just want to pay off the account
