@microflights these steps are dangerous. One mistake and you're down the slope into the old ditch and hedge. Wet grass and ice in the winter for starters. Over 55s site it's not just this shoddy workmanship in the building and already a broken window!

@Castafi0re @claycon @JohnSensible This is exactly what we were told by our site owner. I quote I am the freeholder I can do what I like. No he can't under Park Home Law.. some residents having to stand and watch their gardens taken for roads. Even after protests they still went ahead.
