❌ Only a minimal percentage of county budgets go towards gender and social programs.
❌ Policies exist, but without funding, they remain just documents.
What Needs to Happen?
✔ Increased domestic funding for SRHR, MNCH & GBV services.
✔ Full enforcement of gender-responsive policies at all levels.
✔ Greater accountability from policymakers—women’s rights can’t wait!
