@Greg_Moffitt Today's teachers end up having more of an effect on students than their own families and parents don't value that. The work they should be doing at home ends up being done by a teacher and they get paid for that double work. #CSUBTED #csubedte4200

1) Many policies and practices make teaching unsustainable - and no amount of “self-care” will fix it

2) Lack of respect (and pay) for the hours worked & schooling required

3) Lack of resources to do what is needed.
