@Icervantes1999 Hi Isaac, the relationship between students and teachers helps a lot when shaping the relationship that will exist between students and technology, teachers teach and help students to train correctly. #CSUBTED#csubedte4200
I really like doing this, getting knowledge and reading the ideas and opinions of others help me get better ideas for when the time comes to work in a classroom. #CSUBTED#csubedte4200
Thank you to everyone and all sections of #EDTE4200 for participating in, contributing to, and sharing our Spring 2022 Twitter Chat! We hope you enjoyed the collaboration!
Please feel free to continue collaborating and following leaders in education.

@jalonso111@doctor2pi@DrEddiesClass I hadn't heard about that application, but it sounds pretty good if from there you can help students solve problems or solve doubts. I will investigate more about that application. #CSUBTED#csubedte4200
I hope to teach at a High School level and as a Second Language teacher I would use the Doulingo app to engage my students. It is a very didactic, practical and effective application. #CSUBTED#csubedte4200
I had experience with this App in an English class and it honestly works to make learning more practical and effective. The class always flowed in a positive way. #CSUBTED#csubedte4200
@misscalles Hi Maria, that is a very good point, that is why I think it is important to give them time in class as you say, and teach them every time the technology is updated so that they progress too. #CSUBTED#csubedte4200
Technology is always updating and changing and I think that often prevents the effective progress of learning, so I think that one way to make technology accessible to the entire community is to teach and update everyone. #CSUBTED#csubedte4200
An application that I think is very efficient for English Language Lerners, is Doulingo, an application in which you can learn and practice any language you like. Provides more effective and efficient practice that provides easy access to learning. #CSUBTED#csubedte4200
Technology helps us to have better communication with students and parents. It facilitates communication with those students who speak another language. Technology is a learning tool that can help make the class more engaging and efficient. #CSUBTED#csubedte4200
@misssmacauley I agree with you, in this class I have learned many Google tools that I did not know, by completing the Level 1 Certificate I was able to get experiences making new techniques. #csubedte4200#CSUBTED

@Greg_Moffitt Today's teachers end up having more of an effect on students than their own families and parents don't value that. The work they should be doing at home ends up being done by a teacher and they get paid for that double work. #CSUBTED#csubedte4200
Lots of teachers are leaving education.
Why?
1) Many policies and practices make teaching unsustainable - and no amount of “self-care” will fix it
2) Lack of respect (and pay) for the hours worked & schooling required
3) Lack of resources to do what is needed.
What else?
I have learned that technology is one of the greatest tools teachers can use in the classroom. Giving students the opportunity to renew themselves and learn in different ways is a more creative and efficient way. #csubedte4200#csubted
