@Iget2bme72 @EricLDaugh Sooo, as a daughter of legal immigrant parents who grew up poor and in neighborhoods surrounded by people who received EBT/food stamps. If the parents are illegal but they have 4-5 kids who are all US citizens, they would qualify to receive those benefits because of the kids.
