Sometimes people ask me why I will talk to anyone and how I’m incessantly smiley. And then I come to the South and I’m reminded why. I grew up in he States outside of a major city. It just makes you friendly. I adore Charleston.

Also interesting to hear that GenZ want to see people like them when applying for jobs. I find often employers think this means including photos of BAME people smiling in nice corporate suits. Very few show dyed hair, piercings and tattoos. #EBMconf
Always find it fascinating at conferences when we hear from Gen X people and older millennials about GenZ. Would love a conference to have a panel of actual GenZ talking about their views.
I also think GenZ value diversity as normal, but they still see differences. It’s just that they don’t care about differences - they respect them but never see them as barriers. #EBMconf
Not sure I agree that GenZ value brands. I think they value actions. Brands are cool, but GenZ will drop them if they act in a way that isn’t fair. #EBMconf
