@NeurologistMom I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties. My heart goes out to you! Has your daughter been tested for porphyria? Many symptoms you've mentioned can be caused by it, porphyria is sometimes called "the little imitator." (Lupus is the "big imitator.") Hoping for quick improvement!

@arianek I also get the jerks & movements you described. Check ALL meds for anticholinergic & mitochondrial effects, consider cumulative & risk/reward for each. #1 thing that has helped me w/neuro symptoms is daily fluconazole. B vitamins (esp biotin, B2) shown to help w/Parkinsonian movt
