@BTCare ...which is really poor from BT considering that we've paid a lot of money to cancel. Makes me think twice about getting BT in the future!

@BTCare Yes. We're actually receiving a REALLY poor connection from BT in the last month of our contract, coincidentally now that we've cancelled.
