Everyone is asking why Elio acts like that. The answer is simple, that is his way of showing love! he likes to tease an joke bcs it keeps the mood fun and happy. It's his natural language with ppl he cares abt. He is comfortable enough to be playful, and that's a good thing! he shouldn't change his personality just to pls viewers.
