@SHGroupUK we’ve had no lift since start of October. 8 flights of stairs for parents with buggies. A wheelchair user now housebound & missing hosp appointments. We pay for this but haven’t had it for 4 MONTHS. Help! @HousingOmbuds @HousingProblems

They tampered with electrics to get in and are smoking inside massive fire risk. The response time says 5 days on that link you sent?
