EverArcade exists to make game and world execution reproducible, inspectable, and portable. The platform treats the execution transcripts as durable assets. A game is not merely a binary and a renderer, it is a package that can be executed, checked, replayed, synchronized, restored, and audited. It's not just another game runtime.
EverArcade is a Deterministic execution platform for games and persistent worlds. Its protocol center is not a renderer, game loop, dashboard, or hosting provider. Its center is a verifiable state transition provided by EverNodes Hotpocket. Theoretically MMOs could live as long as people played them. Worlds/games that outlive publisher/devs.
I know many people who got tattoos when they were young and regret them because life changes. When someone with a Harvard MBA gets a tattoo after 50 they have thought it through and know it's only going to change in a good way. LOCK IN! @bgarlinghouse has ZERO DOUBT!
How are incentives aligned in EverArcade?
Every participant creates value.
Every participant can earn value.
🎮 Players
- Own identities, inventories, worlds, and achievements
- Trade, collect, create, and participate
- Benefit from persistent ownership
🛠️ Developers
- Earn from worlds they create
- Earn from game economies
- Earn from marketplace activity
- Retain sovereignty over their worlds
🖥️ Node Operators
- Earn for providing compute
- Earn for hosting persistent worlds
- Earn for replay verification and availability
- Compete on reliability and performance
⚙️ Protocol Engineers
- Build runtime infrastructure
- Create protocol extensions
- Develop tools and services
- Participate in ecosystem growth
XRPL/Xahau settles value.
Evernode supplies compute.
EverArcade coordinates execution.
The goal isn't extracting value from players.
The goal is aligning players, builders, operators, and infrastructure around the same world.
How does EverArcade reach consensus?
It doesn't reach consensus on gameplay execution the way a blockchain does.
EverArcade reaches consensus through deterministic replay.
Every node executes the same WASM world, the same inputs, in the same order. If replay produces the same state root, receipt root, lineage chain, and world hash, execution is valid. If not, it is rejected.
Consensus emerges from reproducibility, not leader election.
XRPL/Xahau anchor ownership, settlement, and continuity proofs.
Evernode provides sovereign compute.
EverArcade provides verifiable game execution.
Run → Replay → Verify → Restore → Continue
Think Git commits for game worlds, where every node can independently prove the same history.
Open submissions don't mean unrestricted execution.
Just because anyone can submit a world doesn't mean every node must run it.
EverArcade is designed around sovereign operators.
Node operators choose:
✓ Which worlds to host
✓ Which packages to trust
✓ Resource limits
✓ Governance policies
✓ Federation membership
The protocol verifies determinism.
Operators decide participation.
Spam worlds can be ignored.
Malicious worlds can be quarantined.
Resource abuse can be metered.
Invalid execution fails replay verification.
Open submission is a feature.
Forced execution is not.
EverArcade operates at different layers depending on who you are.

Every stakeholder interacts with the same world.
The difference is whether you're playing it, building it, hosting it, or proving it.
The XRP Ledger is the perfect tool for agentic payments.
Now you can easier navigate and interact with the XRPL using Claude.

What an amazing lecture. Still not quite through it all but the numbers are very impressive and make you go hmm. 🤔
@v_tumas does a tremdenous job at breaking down complex topics for us all to learn and thanks @XRPeaceOfMind for sharing the video! 😊
How many nodes need to crash to halt a decentralized network?
🔸 XRP Ledger (2022) - 9%
🔸 XRP Ledger (2026) - 10%
🔸 Bitcoin - 1%-2%
🔸 Ethereum - 1%-2%

After today's space on XRP Ledger Security with Formal Verification and AI screening it's fair to say.
XRP is leading in protocol security practices.
The XRP network where our XRP lives on is in good hands.
❤️
@AverageJohnEVR Think Git + Docker + WASM = No central server.
Evernode = Compute XRPL/Xahau = Trust Layer. EverArcade = Sovereign Game Protocol runtime that mirrors across identical VMs.
EverArcade is still not production ready, but has moved from "architecture/ proof heavy prototype" into "open source candidate with proven local gameplay path".
Built something for the Xahau community: xahau-mcp — the first MCP server made for Xahau & Hooks. 🪝
It lets AI assistants (Claude, etc.) actually work with Xahau:
• Audit a Hook for bugs before you deploy it
• Run the real Hook bytecode locally — no node — to see if it would accept or reject a transaction
• Read live ledger data and explain it in plain English
Open source, MIT, runs on your own machine. As far as I can find, it's the only tool that security-checks and runs Hooks without a node.

@iMawake2reset@ShaneOnChain@ShortTheFOMO What happens when there is no line between the two? Of course they'll still be separate networks but if Xahau can perfectly mirror XRPL that opens up a lot of possibilities that don't have to go through amendments to XRPL first step before EverNodes are handling scaling for XRPL?
@iMawake2reset@ShaneOnChain Didn't @ShortTheFOMO just make some major changes to memory management in Xahau? I thought I saw him post about it being the first step to link XRPL and Xahau networks completely.
