I remember back in early 2000,s I was at a local veterinary hospital and the lady in front of me crying trying to tell the receptionist about her sick animal using hand gestures and BSL and getting more anxious with every minute that went past the receptionist just kept

@GhouriNatasha @CadburyUK @NDCS_UK She didn't understand so I stepped up and said why not offer the lady a pen and some paper and then you might get somewhere instead of just saying you don't understand and the lady was so great full and put a smile on her face it helped my mental health for a little while.
