I’m still not over the no notice cancellation from yesterday & you’re out here just piling on. Thx for the $15 food voucher that’s REALLY softening the blows. Your customer service is unparalleled. Status or not this is unacceptable for anyone. Will be re-evaluating my loyalty.
Hoping that our no-notice canceled @delta flight, the 2 hours we spent on hold with customer service at 2am, the last minute 2nd canceled flight (got notice on that 1!) and the entirely booked flights for the remainder of the day are an elaborate April Fool’s joke.#deltagotjokes
