Hey #XRPCommunity
I will be interviewing @JoelKatz this week to discuss XLS-20 (Ripple's NFT standard for XRPL-native NFTs) and more.
What questions would you like me to ask David?
#Ripple#XRP#XRPL#NFTs
#XRPCommunity#SECGov v #Ripple#XRP The court has granted the SEC’s motion and approved the SEC’s proposed redactions of the notes of the meetings between SEC employees and third parties.
Another article that calls corruption by its name & asks the very intriguing question of whether ignoring Hinman's repeated breaking of their ethic rules doesn't point to a fundamental corruption problem at @SECGov . "What if the SEC had knowingly overlooked Hinman's behavior?"
An anti-corruption watchdog tracking the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) legal battle with Ripple says there is evidence that a key SEC official knowingly had a conflict of interest during the initiation of the lawsuit.

Spoke with @JohnEDeaton1 on the latest developments in the #SECvsRipple case.
He tells me the @SECGov is "very unlikely" to turn over the documents ordered by Judge Netburn and believes a settlement should take place within 90 days of Judge Torres affirming Netburn's decision.
Yes, a one hour settlement discussion happened a couple of months ago.
It didn't settle which means that the next most likely settlement time would be at mediation (see arrow below) which will be hosted by the one and only JUDGE NETBURN who has seen ALL the documents in camera.
Productive should be defined by the number of investors you protect not the number of enforcement actions file. I know 60K+ investors you have harmed and won't even acknowledge. @JohnEDeaton1
Judge Netburn recognized the SEC’s over-broad and far-reaching theory that all XRP are securities when she recognized, according to the SEC’s own argument, that every person in the world selling #XRP is committing a Section 5 violation.
Read the SEC’s response back to her.👇
