• Sunday, October 13, 2024:
• Suzanne’s family issues another public plea for information, expressing gratitude for the community’s support and law enforcement’s efforts.
• Saturday, October 12, 2024:
• The Texas Department of Public Safety ended the formal search for Suzanne in the Olmos Park Basin area.
• Friday, October 11, 2024:
• Brad Simpson was held for questioning by federal authorities. He remains in custody with bonds totaling $2 million.
• Thursday, October 10, 2024:
• Investigators continued to search the area around the Simpson family home. The evidence uncovered near the home was determined to be unrelated to the case.
• Wednesday, October 9, 2024:
• Brad Simpson was arrested in Kendall County on charges of family violence and unlawful restraint. He has since been uncooperative with the investigation.
• Tuesday, October 8, 2024:
• A search of nearby wooded areas uncovered two “articles of interest,” which are pending forensic analysis. No other evidence was found.
• Monday, October 7, 2024:
• 7:15 a.m.: Suzanne’s cellphone last pinged at a business in Olmos Park. There has been no activity on the phone since.
• 3:00 p.m.: Brad Simpson reported Suzanne missing after their daughter’s school called, informing him that Suzanne hadn’t picked her up.
• Sunday, October 6, 2024 (Night):
• Suzanne Simpson attended a party at The Argyle in Alamo Heights, returning home after 9 p.m.
• 11:00 p.m.: A neighbor witnessed a physical altercation between Suzanne and her husband, Brad Simpson, outside their home on East Olmos Drive in Olmos Park. Brad was seen restraining Suzanne as she attempted to flee.
• Shortly after the altercation, screams were heard coming from a wooded area nearby.
• About an hour later, Brad was seen leaving the home in a black 2019 GMC Sierra pickup truck and returned a few hours later.

Suzanne was last seen between 6 PM and 9 PM at The Argyle in Alamo Heights and later around 11 PM in the 500 block of East Olmos Drive, near Shook Avenue.

Suzanne’s disappearance has sparked an ongoing search by the Olmos Park Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety. Her husband, Brad Simpson, has been arrested on family violence charges, but Suzanne’s location remains unknown.
