The Lockhart Fire Department responded to a car on fire in the Navarro Elementary parking lot this morning. The fire is out, but they are still on the scene. Buses will be rerouted for drop off, but school is operating on a normal schedule.

@laurchastain22 PS teacher here who has taught at Title I schools and non Title I schools. Product of public schools too. Like everything else, what you sow, you reap. Get your kids involved: FFA, art, music, band, athletics, FCCLA, STUCO, whatever they can invest in. They'll thrive.
