@KeepingItHeel I can appreciate this post. The thing is UNC didn’t do their homework. UNC wanted a guy without understanding the guy. He’s exactly where he wants to be and he, along with his whole family, loves the culture of Tucson. No figure would have worked.

@Raiders Pete hired down. Chip is Chrash 🗑️ at the NFL level. Chip needs to be fired immediately and watch morale change overnight.
Brennan couldn’t have an NFL job anywhere else and everybody knows it.

Chip can only coach top level talent in college? That’s it!
He cannot adjust to what he has.
If he was a chef he’d be cut first round on Chopped. He can’t cook unless it’s perfect ingredients. That’s a sign of a weak coach.

@jasonscheer Lack of rhythm. Play calling is slow, play development slow and it’s creating a lack of urgency and confidence from face to face. It boils down to an inability to look at what you have and how it was great and then make that happen now
