@IrishRail This solution for carrying bicycles is far better than the "hang the front wheel and put the back wheel in the groove" solution on IR. There is no undue pressure on the front rim and the rear mudguard and gear mechanism will not get damaged

Sensible spaces for bikes on @ScotRail Intercity to Pitlochry. Good to see progress. Off for an overnighter in a frosty hut, after almost finishing proofing the new book. Almost all routes in there start & finish at public transport stops, to give you options without using a car.
