...On the very last day I was able to twitch the Kamchatka leaf warbler (Phylloscopus examinandus), first observation in the Western Palearctic 😱. What a nice way to say goodbye to #Kilpisjärvi 😍😍

Fieldwork season is over! My boy scout skills have improved a lot after setting more than 20 Malaise traps under the rain, wind, and snow🤔. Surprisingly they held pretty well.
