@BigMaxGolf so my iq 360 trolley 2 year warranty ended on 19/4/23. The antisplay wire was defective/frayed & fell off 20/4/23. Thought I’d registered the extra 3 years warranty but told I didn’t 🤷♂️ then told I have to pay for the part by BMuk. Next purchase won’t be BM - avoid..
@quookeruk when will you respond to my enquiry? I haven’t had my system a year yet, but you’ve ceased the scale cartridge meaning that I have to use the scale control r. Your instructions and customer care (made two calls to your technical dept) is shocking

Currently on the ship, they refuse to honour fact their website going down stopped me buying Wi-Fi/excursions/fun passes in good time. My right to wait until kids passed their covid tests.
