Officer finally arrived and I must say, he made the situation much better . He was very professional and showed some empathy. Thank you officer Cooley for making a bad situation better. Hopefully the operators work on some sort of training .

Absolutely disgusted with @GwinnettPd ive been sitting .33 miles away from their Ozora precinct for the last 70 minutes after being hit in the back by someone. I’ve called the non emergency number multiple times and have received horrible service from several operators ….
