Would be great to transform this old train station in Kilmallock.
Says here it’s not owned by @LimerickCouncil , but always think it’s so important to preserve our heritage and old buildings because once they’re gone, they’re gone. https://t.co/FmzQy4QgEU
It was great to drop into the @LimerickCouncil public consultation on the Rathkeale town centre first plan. There is some really excellent plans for Rathkeale town.
I also specifically asked about Dohyle Lough and pool and Castle Matrix as these were two issues that came up for me in the Mayoral campaign.
I’m not one that has ever listened to polls or pundits as I am written off in every election I have ever been in. I won’t let them do that to me this time though 🗳️
People on the doors in Limerick City know that I am a credible candidate with decades of health experience and elected twice to Limerick Council.
Me and my team are feeling incredibly positive that Limerick will vote for a progressive Social Democrat on Friday 💜
Thank you to six candidates that braved the cold to come into us tonight and best of luck to all 17 candidates vying for your vote in Limerick city.

Thank you so much to @CathMurphyTD who spent the day with me yesterday in Limerick. We started with meeting people in Rhebogue, followed by lunch in Hook and Ladder and then a quick tour of Limerick City. Catherine Murphy has always been a huge support to me in Limerick 💚💜 #GE2024 #Limerick
Happy #LimerickPride from all of us @SocDemsLK 🏳️🌈
I can't attend in person as I'm on my honeymoon but thinking of all the amazing organisations & individuals marching today for a more inclusive, safe, and progressive #Limerick 🙌

Very sinister move to add last minute measures to #DataProtection proposals when this Bill is to be signed off on tomorrow.
These changes should be scrutinised by the #Dáil, not rushed through on the quiet.

This provision slipped into a Miscellaneous Provisions Bill would block people inside and Very Frequently Wrong DPC processes from alerting the public or speaking out.
It should absolutely meet Oireachtas resistance. It will further undermine the DPC effectiveness and reputation
"If you don't see a future you're not going to stick around."
Really valuable interview with Elaine Houlihan from @MacranaFeirme on @NewstalkFM. Complete rethink of supports for #rural Ireland if it's to survive.

This government dismissed concerns of thousands facing eviction, when they had the stats to prove it all along.
How can we trust the decisions of a government that flat out lies?

SIPTU’s Early Years (Childcare) Survey found that recruitment and retention of staff is one of the greatest challenges facing the sector.
Low pay is resulting in high staff turnover.
"Findings should serve as a wake-up call for Govt," says @WhitmoreJen
