Our multilingual learners had fun during Science. They conducted an experiment and recorded data to explore our unit Speed and Energy. My students loved it! Thank you Ms. Martorony for the guidance provided during this hands on experience.

Reading, singing and celebrating Read Across America in our Kindergarten class with Pete the Cat. Thank you to MHS students for coming to our class today! ❤️
Our theme groceries in action! Some kiddos assigned their own roles and went shopping! This is why “make believe” is so important. As it allows children to develop their creativity and social emotional skills because…“Creativity is intelligence having fun”

This is priceless! Understanding Addition can be shown in different ways. He might not know it yet, but he is already working with equations. The joy that my students get as they learn and this kiddo’s face made my day today….love teaching!
PBL is happening in Kindergarten. With intentional teaching, my students talked about shapes, sizes and measurements. They worked in groups to create a skyscraper which they measured and compared. This was fun!
A full week talking about Architecture. After discussing, learning and exploring different materials, students made their building blueprint and even created a building model on their own!
This kindergarten BEAM class loves learning how to communicate with their peers by discussing and collaborating in a “make believe” tweet project.
