@BJCMeyer @oelma__ I disagree with you on one aspect. You should not be basing your tip for the SERVER on what the food looks like. You need to remember the servers do not cook and assemble your food. So unless you want them touching your food, that’s one thing to keep in mind.

@oelma__ No. Move the decimal over = $8.58 X 2 =$17.16. 20% is what the tip on good service should be. For GREAT service it should be 25-30% IF YOU CHOOSE that option. You make the decision for bad service, but for good service the minimum should be 20%.
