@British_Airways hello is anyone actually capable of answering my DM with the information I have been trying to obtain since August. This is beyond ridiculous now and absolutely rubbish service.
@virginmedia have been trying to get through to someone at virgin media for two days now, to report a fault with our box. Also cannot log on as doesn't recognise our password. Can anyone help, we are paying a lot of money for a service that isn't working.
@virginmedia Hello, the engineer still has not arrived and was due today. Is there a way of checking that he is still coming as takes forever to reach anyone by phone. Thank you
@virginmedia Literally as I sent this we finally got through to someone. The outside box needs replacing we think there is a stray wire unattached. The internet goes in and out. We both work from home, if there is anyway to get an engineer to us sooner this would be really appreciated. Thanks
@British_Airways We have been trying to get our money back for a booking made for our wedding. Flights have been cancelled but yet no joy of getting a refund or speaking to anyone. Please assist.
