Xin chào mọi người,mình có 1 sự việc khá bức xúc liên quan tới sàn @MEXC_Official @MEXCVietnam khi tham gia mua bán Pre Market (không phải pre future) trên @MEXC_Listings mong được mn phân giải dùm.

Chuyện là khi sàn thông báo giao dịch dự án $MEGA(dạng mua bán OTC 2 bên cọc) mình có mở khá nhiều lệnh BÁN ở giá ~0.4$.
Sau khi giá giảm mình mở 9 lệnh MUA $MEGA ở giá ~0.32$ để ăn chênh lệch và chốt lời,tất cả các lệnh mua bán đều đã khớp.
Vào 1 ngày đẹp trời cách đây vài hôm khi đã cọc giam tiền 2 tháng trên sàn,giá pre lúc này giảm còn ~0.2$ thì MEXC đơn phương hủy và trả cọc gần chục lệnh BÁN của mình ở giá ~0.4$(tổng 4400$)
Tất cả các lệnh MUA đu đỉnh ~0.32$(tổng 4500$) thì giữ nguyên mà không hề có 1 thông báo nào,tới khi liên hệ sp thì 1 ngày sau mới gửi mail báo hủy lệnh.
Từ đang lãi mình thành đu đỉnh các lệnh https://t.co/EUgNnyX7EPên hệ sp thì chỉ nói do đối tác tk có vấn đề,vì bảo mật k thể nói rõ.
Điều trùng hợp tới vô lý là chỉ lệnh bán bị hủy còn tất cả lệnh mua đu đỉnh đều k sao và nếu đối tác phạm luật thì tiền đã cọc sàn lấy hay user đc hưởng.Có hay k việc ăn cả 2 đầu của người mua đu đỉnh và ng bán giá hớ.
Nếu sàn có thể tự ý hủy lệnh đã cọc k bồi thường k thông báo thì ai còn dám giao dịch trên @MEXC_Official
