A stationary thunderstorm over Key West has dropped up to 5" of rain and continues to sit over the area. A Flood Warning continues until 3:30pm with some road closures, including the 500 block of Angela Street. Water has started entering business in the area.

A wildfire is exploding in size along Tamiami Trail, just west of Miccosukee in Miami-Dade County, Florida. A large smoke plume is blowing into the Everglades, but a wind shift is expected Wednesday night that would blow this smoke in the metro areas of Miami and Ft. Lauderdale.
🌪️ After a storm survey, damage in Miami-Dade's Palm Springs North community was consistent with an EF-0 tornado. It was on the ground for 0.5 miles, less than one minute, with maximum winds of 85mph. This was around 4:45pm Tuesday.
A severe thunderstorm capable of producing 60mph winds and quarter size hail is moving through Miami Gardens, Opa-Locka, North Miami Beach, and Aventura through 5:15pm. Parts of Broward County around Hollywood, Pembroke Park, and Hallandale Beach are also included.

A massive warehouse fire is burning just outside of Miami and Fort Lauderdale with a toxic plume of smoke blowing over residential areas of Miramar. Workers inside the warehouse tell us they saw a small fire in a roll of turf spreading to nearby fertilizer and other chemicals.
