A toxicology report on Michael Ouellette, who killed Warren Asst. Fire Chief Brian Remy on Sept. 2, 2021, revealed he had a BAC of .277, and that he took a generic brand of Xanax, a prescription opioid and a prescription seizure medication.

As other media reporting, a situation involving an active shooter in Bristol has caused 2-hour delayed openings at Colt Andrews and Guiteras Elementary Schools. Police last seen trying to talk suspect into surrendering.
