@OlaElectric Hyderabad Patancheru workshop work is completely stopped. I submitted my accident vehicle 2 weeks ago, insurance approval was already completed, but no repair work has started. When I gave the vehicle, battery was at 45%, now it dropped to 5%. I visited twice and found the workshop closed.

I also have video proof of the closed workshop and current vehicle condition. Who is responsible if the battery gets drained or damaged? Later blaming the customer is not acceptable. This is an emergency situation. Please take this seriously, resolve ASAP, start the repair work immediately before battery damage happens, and complete the service without further delay.

@Ola @OlaElectric I met with an accident and I’m unable to book towing to the service center. The app shows an open ticket from Dec 25, 2025, and every time I try to close it, it gives an error.
This is urgent — I’m injured and had to leave the vehicle at the spot. Even the handle lock isn’t working.
