@irbezek Ok, I worried just a little when I saw his chances dropping and thought maybe something happened. I haven't followed Kalshi and don't know the rules in event of assassination/election disruption/etc. Not resolved til inauguration?

@CJ0pp3l I was slow to get a cell phone, slow to get on the internet, and I'm slow to look into AI but I have no doubt it's coming and will be as ubiquitous as the internet is now eventually. Adoption always takes longer than some folks expect and happens faster than others do.

@irbezek Q2 is likely to look less rosy with the price of jet fuel/tickets responding to the Iran war. I think that will have a bigger, longer term effect than the El Mencho news. The trend is still in the right direction though.

@irbezek @ezptm I know it's only one factor for $TGLS but I wouldn't count on the FL real estate market. Insurance costs are making it unaffordable and that's unlikely to change soon.

@irbezek @MyLatinLife I was in Lima last year for only two days. I liked it but it was my daughter's birthday and we went to a nice restaurant... it cost like a US restaurant. Good but expensive. Other parts of Peru ranged from tourist prices to very cheap. Otoh, the Larco Museum is great!
